Site History
The Waterbrook site was previously owned by the Lorna Hodgkinson Sunshine Home for Downs Syndrome adults. Waterbrook achieved a positive outcome by relocating their premises and assisting their Community to move from institutional style care into share housing, which facilitated a very beneficial outcome. Waterbrook is proud to maintain an active and ongoing relationship with the Sunshine Home and its Residents.
