Throughout the day Baytree offers an extensive selection of freshly baked home-made delights, gourmet deli Products and take-home meals. Menus change regularly to ensure there is always something fresh and new to excite. By night Baytree offers a culinary experience, together with fine wines and exceptional service. Our Executive Chef has trained in 5-star hotels in Sydney and abroad. He brings his expertise and culinary arts to Waterbrook using quality, fresh produce. The Baytree restaurant also hosts many of the larger Waterbrook Greenwich Social Calendar Events, book launches, fundraising functions, art exhibitions and celebratory dinners.

The Baytree is open 7 days a week from 10am – 3pm for coffee & tea service including morning and afternoon tea.
Lunch from 12pm – 3pm Tuesday – Saturday
Dinner from 6pm – 10pm Friday & Saturday
