The first Waterbrook retirement property at Yowie Bay was established in 2001 followed by Waterbrook Greenwich in 2008. Waterbrook Resorts are unique as the Waterbrook retirement properties are developed from initial design, construction, marketing and sales through to opening and managing the Resorts. With full control over the design, construction and operational management of the properties, Waterbrook has been able to set an industry standard for excellence in retirement living.
