The Oatley family are a household name synonymous with the Australian wine and hospitality industry. The family founded Rosemount Wines, now an iconic Australian brand. More recently the Oatley family have developed a new wine business - Oatley Wines. Encompassing Robert Oatley, Wild Oats and Montrose labels. In 2003, the Oatley family acquired Hamilton Island and are actively involved in its repositioning and quality improvement, expanding the current range of high end Resort accommodation facilities.

The Oatley Family's entry into the Waterbrook Partnership was a logical fit given their high end expertise in hospitality, Resort operations and management. They have been a valuable contributor to the premium marketplace delivery of the Waterbrook brand.

Kevin Ryan is the founder and Managing Director of Waterbrook Lifestyle Resorts and was the driving force behind a number of successful residential developments prior to the commencement of the award-winning Waterbrook Yowie Bay in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire in 2001.

Kevin’s vision to develop five-star Lifestyle Resorts for retirees in exclusive locales has revolutionised the Retirement Industry in Australia. Kevin’s commitment to the Industry is obvious by his executive profile and active participation on both the National and State Boards of the Retirement Village's Association.

Murlan was established by prominent businessman and sailor Iain Murray AM, whose expertise includes property development, project management, sales, marketing, property and asset management. Iain and his team have extensive experience in managing quality projects and are committed to delivering successful outcomes.
